Providing a seamless platform and challenge into a funded account is not enough. After 28 business days I have still not seen my first payout request be processed never mind paid! and this for a mere $15600 of the total $52000 available for withdrawal. Support responded well up untill a week ago when last It was said the matter has been escalated and will be resolved soon. This was clearly not the case. I am patiently waiting for my crypto payout.... While true the account failed, due to the daily drawdown not resetting corrwctly as a platform error, I was awarded another account with the old account balance... but now I have to wait another 30 days... marking over a 100 days of waiting for a payout... I also only put in $2500 on the "replacement account" as support stated it should get processed faster. Today I have more than $98 000 withdrawable profit in this account. How long will it take to withdraw if I have to wait 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get only $2500.

I payed for a instant funded account months and months ago sent them the money in bitcoin and everything. Credentials of course I didn't get. Wrote them, email them we got to the point they not even answer anymore.... I have proof of everything. Everything documented and saved all the emails. I'll ask legal advice of course.... This company is a big thief cheater lying piece of sh.... never trust in this company guys!! Trust me!!!

Untrusted firm do not fall for their selling offers as to get payouts you need to wait 21 days not only that there is no support from customer service. Also there is no clarification when exactly you will get pay. They don't consider your hard work and hard earn money..

The trading is great. The platform is phenomenal. Everything else is absolutely shit. Customer service is a bot. It’s terrible. I’ve been waiting for a “pending” payout for 30 days. Emails are answered once every week. I did end up getting paid.. a month and half later. Overall. It can take up to THIRTY buisness days for you to get paid if ur payout is over 1k. They don’t mention that anywhere. Be advised!

I paid for the 1 step challenge $100k account, I completed the objective withihn 3 days Closing out $105,016.79. The objective was completed with a 72% Consistency score meeting and surpassing there expectations and qualifications. They have refused to fund out my account or communicate within the chat or email. At this point it looks like they are Committing Active Fraud
