Hi Filip, we understand your frustration and truly regret that this situation has left you disappointed. As Ivan explained, your account was automatically closed after breaching the 5% daily drawdown limit. Even though you later closed positions in profit, the breach occurred earlier when your equity momentarily dropped below the limit, triggering an automatic failure. Once a breach is registered, the system permanently marks the account as failed and it cannot be reinstated.
