I’ve had a really great experience with Tradexmastery! It’s reliable, transparent, and they’re constantly working to make it better so we can be among the best! I’ve been working with them for quite some time now — they keep innovating, improving, and perfecting their work. My full respect to the team and their efforts! For me, it’s a 10/10!!!

Pues me bloquearon la cuanta por qué perdí 540 dólares en un solo día pero a mí nadie me explicó nada de eso
Response from TradeXMasteryNov 19, 2025

Daily drawdown on my funded account is…
Daily drawdown on my funded account is $375 which I did hit but I didn’t hit the overall drawdown and they closed my account. The overall drawdown is $750, so why close my account in totality?
Response from TradeXMasteryNov 19, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We reviewed your account and we apologize for the frustration you experienced. The daily and overall drawdown limits work as separate limitations, so breaching the daily limit alone is enough to close the account. On your last trading day, the loss of $387.90 triggered that daily breach, and we didn't receive any support messages from you. Our team is always available to clarify rules or review your account again, and you can reach out anytime through the support widget on our website. If you decide to continue trading, you can also use the BFBOGO promotion to save today. If there's anything we could do to improve your experience or increase your rating, we are here to support you.

Falsely closed my funded account
Falsely closed my funded account , therefore me missing my €8000 profit . To later give me a new one to start from scratch. Trades missing from accounts, but shown in the app. Just to say yeah it happened when we migrated the site.
Response from TradeXMasteryNov 19, 2025
Hi Stephanie, thank you for sharing your concerns. I am truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with your funded account and the confusion caused during the site migration. As noted in your account, the migration affected the visibility of trade history on the new dashboard, although all trading activity remained fully accurate in TradeLocker. Your breach was unrelated to the missing trade display and was explained in detail, including how the equity fell below the permitted limit for that trading day. Our team is always here to help through the support widget on our website. Please let us know what could help improve your experience or restore confidence in the process so we can support you moving forward.

You guys should work on the payout, it takes too long to receive
Response from TradeXMasteryNov 20, 2025
Hi Ayinde, thank you for sharing your feedback. Your recent payout request was processed in 17 business days, which is within our 21 business day timeframe, and your current payout request is also moving through the normal processing window. During periods of high payout volume, processing can extend up to 30 business days, although our team is actively working on improving withdrawal speed. If you ever need assistance, our Support Team is available through the support widget on our website. We also welcome any details on what could be improved to make your experience even better and help raise your rating.
