We are genuinely sorry to see your review and the frustration behind it. According to our records, you requested two payouts with us. One of those payouts was fully approved and successfully paid out in August. The second payout was declined after our team reviewed the trading activity and confirmed multiple violations of our terms and conditions. These included wrongful hedging, high frequency scalping and synchronized or copy trading activity, all of which fall under sections 10.3.2, 10.3.6 and 10.3.10 of our policy.
