I was very confused because of the number of newsletters from various companies that I get. Needed to know exactly what was provided and how best to use that information. The gentleman who answered my call not only helped with newsletter issue but also helped me with Tradesmith portfolio setup and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company.

tolerance of the support person for my poor English communication literacy was impressible. she spoke very slowly when i requested, explained many times to my full understanding, timely email communication with right information contained, etc. (i am a native Japanese)
