Debbie has been a pleasure and a tremendous help with planning our vacations!! Honestly, as soon as I think of a place, or time, I would like to travel, (or my kids would like to travel), I always reach out to her and she is ALWAYS there for me!!!! Because I do travel a lot, sometimes I would email her at odd hours (because of the time difference of where I would be) and she has still always helped me... I cannot say enough good things about her and her ability and willingness to help put the best vacation for you and/or your family... She is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

William in the reservation booking department was able to accommodate all my needs. I appreciate that. However, the verification process which was done 3 times. Was overkill.

Debbie was truly remarkable. She not only honored her commitments but also displayed a high level of honesty. Her assistance with my trip and various other matters was invaluable. Her work was nothing short of outstanding.

BEWARE!!! What they offer you on the initial call IS NOT what you actually get. They also charge you an additional “refundable deposit” each time you book but its not a deposit, its actually the incentive the resort is paying you for attending the timeshare presentation and this company is stealing it from you under deceitful terms. I will be contacting the Attorney General for these fraudulent and deceiving practices.

I give this five star review for the agent who worked with us. William White. He bent over backwards to help us. One thing I’ve learned about this, you can’t always get what you want. Safe traveling !

I originally bought a vacation package but had to cancel due to personal reasons (note for all husbands: always ask wife before purchasing something like this). It took a while to get through to talk to someone about canceling but, once I did, Chelly was very helpful and assisted me in cancelling. I thought they would pass me around to supervisors, like how some other companies do when trying to cancel, but I didn't have any issues. So my 5 star review is for the customer service that Chelly provided.

We had to purchased a vacation package from Trade Show Travel Company and misunderstood what the long term cost would be which we discovered we were not able to afford. We contacted Customer Support and spoke with Jeanne Mosso, who managed to calm our fears and arrange for a full refund. She was exceptionally Professional and Courteous and we are so grateful for her help in this situation as my wife and I are seniors living on a fixed income.

Shelley Siri Dalton was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and considerate to my needs in booking my reservation. I appreciated all her help. She did such a great job.
