Debbie Leonard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible with helping me choose a destination and making my reservations. She also helped me get some refunds on prior bookings. She even called me back twice on her days off. Going forward I will deal with nobody but her in the future. Top notch customer service!

I use a lady named Debra L and she is amazing. She takes care of every facet of the reservations. She makes sure that we are not charged for things that were not in the confirmation. One resort tried to charge a holday fee, but she called and made sure that would not happen. Debra L uses her email like a text. She makes sure to get back to me right away whenever I have a question. I am recommending her to my family and friends. Definitely use her.

I had been going through Monster tours and was having an awful time. I finally called trade Show Travel and Jeane Mosso answered the phone I was relieved it was her as she had patience with me and was determined to help me.
