I just booked lodging with for our 11th anniversary with Chelly Siri-Dalton. She knew all of the details of the deal and was very patient to answer all of my questions.

Debra has been absolutely wonderful to work with. There has been no part of our vacation package that has been consistent with what we were told before buying into the deal. But Debra took on the challenge of working hard to get us close to what we were promised. She has stood by us every step of the way, even working when she was "off the clock". She worked diligently with the resort to get every single one of our questions answered and did not force us into anything until we were satisfied with the outcome. She is definitely the agent you want to work with if you are skeptical or have felt like this agency has failed you.

Chelly Siri-Dalton was very helpful and real in her wanting to get the best outcome for my wife and I. Thanks a lot much appreciated!

Scam scam scam! Do not give them a penny they will say whatever to sell you but they don’t disclose anything about fees and taxes … they harass you over the phone … don’t trust them they are playing a deep game!

Don't even think about booking anything with these people. They are horrible and a rip off

I believe I have been scaled I was promised a cruise and 4 other trips but have not received a email confirmation and I am contesting the charge on my credit card not going to waste my time talking to them I paid for service I never received everything they told me was a lie they need to be shut down by the Credit card companies ASAP

Pros...probably a great deal, would save money, refunded my money with a little effort Cons...horrible customer service. Never talk to anybody after 2-3 hours on hold and then they hang up on you. Both numbers put you on hold for hours. I fortunately saved the number on my phone they called me from and I was able to talk to Eli...he refunded my money, without too much of a hassle. Nice guy. But overall I would reccommend to NOT Sign up unless you don't mind upsell tours on EVERY trip (3-4 hrs wasted). They say only on the first trip...... a lie

Set up a trip with Debra to Cancun.Great communication, returns emails and/ or phone calls rather quickly. Debra makes sure that all questions and expectations are met amd answered.
