I worked with Debra Leonard to set up a trip to Dubai and had such and easy and great experience. She was able to check for the dates I wanted and book it without any issues. She was very pleasant over the phone and made feel very comfortable speaking to her. Very personable and not pushy at all! I’d highly recommend her to everyone!! She’s great!

They do not answer the phone nor call back. Quite ready to take your money but will not confirm via email has been my unhappy experience.

So I paid $99 to stay 5 days and 4 nights at the westgate resorts and I attended a 90 minute timeshare tour presentation which is why I got such a great discounted rate. I loved my time at the resort. Now, I been getting phone calls from this company after I took that trip and they are offering me 5 vacations: (1) 8 day/7 night condo stay, (1) 8 day/7 night Cruise, (1) 5 day/4 night all-inclusive land stay, and (2) 5 day/4 night Condo stays. I am receiving the same quality resort accommodations that I received at Westgate. So I will have a master bedroom suite, a living room, a full kitchen, washer and dryer. They are offering over 1000 destinations to choose from worldwide and I get to choose where I want to go and I just need to give them a 30 day advance notice to guarantee my dates throughout the rest of the year and a 90 advance notice guarantees those dates on major holidays. They all now cover a total of 4 travelers for the 5 vacations. The young lady rep Stacy explained to me that this is not a scam and that the resorts are giving me a discount for for doing the timeshare tour presentation. So Stacy transferred me to their verification department and that rep created an audio receipt with me explaining everything I will receive and they emailed me that audio receipt and confirmation number and destinations and contact information I needed to book all of my vacations in the future. My package is good for 5 years, because it's hard to take that many trips within 3 years so the rep accomdated me by extending the vacation time to 5 years for me to take all 5 vacation trips. But like the rep told me, if I don't trust her then at least trust my credit card company and if I didn't receive what was promised then report it as fraud to my credit card company and get my money back. Which made sense to me , I know my credit card company will refund me. So I made that leap of faith and don't regret it at all. 5 amazing vacations for an extremely discounted rate.

I agree with all the bad reviews saying this company is shady. They told me the same thing I'm reading in the other reviews about how I have some credit but they don't know where it came from. The guy was pushy and rude and when I told him I was not interested he said "You must just be bored with your kids" He said his name is Steven Lucas but I don't know that you can believe anything that came out of his mouth. He certainly didn't make me feel like he was trustworthy in the least. I believe this company is shady.

William W. was great with helping me regarding info & other things. Thank you!

This company seems to be playing a scam on people. I have received numerous calls from this company telling me that I paid for a vacation just before the pandemic. Being that my mind and memory are completely intact, I can say with confidence that I have never booked with this company much less paid them anything. I certainly don’t forget when I pay for a vacation and I do not book anything that requires a tour of any kind, ever. After I let them talk for a bit, the reason for their ruse becomes clear — they want me to pay them “more” money to “confirm” 5 or 6 trips, blah, blah, blah, But, they say they cannot or will not email me anything until I give them a credit card number. Go figure! It’s too bad there are so many scammers in our world today. Why can’t people just try to make an honest living like the rest of us. At least I saved them from calling and bothering someone else for 21 minutes. Their “supervisor” hung up in exasperation at my unwillingness to give them a credit card number until they sent me an email right away.

They keep calling , all through the pandemic, with upgrades and new packages. I have 5 paid in full packages, and have only made one trip - two weeks before the pandemic. Now they are harassing me with calls, threatening me with thousands of dollars I will owe to "The Resorts" if I don't pay additional booking fees for a 6th trip? I am trying to figure out how to get away from them, But should I have to? I asked them to stop calling me on my work line, at work, and during the workday. They have not. Is it time to go to court?? Bad reviews don't seem to be getting me anywhere.

Warning, a very elaborate timeshare pitch, your not getting all the suggested vacations they offer, just the first as you're "prepaying". Save yourself the hassle and book direct or via costco etc..
