Don't trust them!!! They tried to say they never received my phone (thiefs). Thank God I had a receipt from the post office.

I love TradeMore. They consistently pay more than anyone else and always seem to either accept my condition of the device or sometimes (more than once!) upgrade the condition. That's really unheard of. I tried their competitors and they all are terrible. I would not use anyone else for trading in old devices. I have yet to purchase something from TradeMore, only because I normally only buy new stuff, but if I ever need a used phone, I'll look to them first. A++

Seamless process from securing an offer, to receipt of the shipping envelope with clear instructions and verification of the product. Highly recommended!
