They show an acceptable price on the website, but after you mail them the phone they look at it with a magnifying glass and find some miniscule scratches. With that they give you a low ball quote. It's a used phone, there's going to be some small scratches. The phone I sent them had a pristine glass, and looking at it in your hand, it looked mint. I can not recommend this company.

As we communicated with you, we found damage on your device that was easily visible from an arms length away so it didn’t qualify as ‘mint’ as you indicated in your submission. Pays quickly after delivery, easy to use website, but most importantly they pay you the same amount as they offer before shipment. Sent my laptop out to 2 different places that said they wouldn’t give me anything and tried to “donate” my laptop. Trade in my tech sent me the offered amount no questions asked. Thanks so much! Will use them again!
