Scammers
Scammers! They took my phone to review internally, to give me a quote. The price they offered with hilarious. I took it back and decided to trade elsewhere. After that, both speakers on the phone don't work!

They did not have promised price
They did not have promised price. I send them 1 month old Locked phone where no damages. After receiving phone they send me photo with micro stretches. I send them the video I took before sending. By seeing that, they told some stratches are not visible in normal light. So stratches are there and we will give lower value. Now questions is, this might possible that you mishandled it. This is not acceptable. So I do not recommend them to anyone.

Our pricing is based on the condition of each device, and any damage identified during inspection may affect its resale value and, therefore, the final offer. We strive to be transparent throughout the process, and any adjustments are clearly explained if discrepancies are found. If a seller does not wish to accept the revised offer, we provide free return shipping so they can have their device sent back at no cost. In this case, the seller chose to proceed with the sale after reviewing the updated offer.

I was quoted a price 50% higher than…
I was quoted a price 50% higher than the price I was paid. I would not recommend doing business with this company in the future. They do not stay true to their quotes.

Customer was quoted $15 for a 'New' conditioned Apple Pencil and we received a 'Good' condition Apple Pencil without a box, with signs of use on the item. The change in condition resulted in a new quote of $10 and customer accepted.

My phone was undervalued .I could have…
My phone was undervalued .I could have got more with another online site.But it would have taken mkre days to send them back to me and then i deal with another online site.So i rather accepted this offer and completed deal.Will deal with another dealer next time

Customer's quote was adjusted $25 due to condition change from 'Mint' to 'Good' with images of signs of use provided to customer. Re-quote was accepted.

I received a much lower amount compared to the offer, which is why I chose this company to do business with out of several other companies. But in the end I was low balled

Item was quote in mint condition, with no damage, for a Surface Pro 3. Item received was a Surface Pro 3 with a broken kickstand and heavy damage on exterior casing. Quote was updated with images and accepted by customer, with payment processed promptly after.

Sent fully functioning laptop, receive lowball offer after they cracked my screen
I sent in a fully functioning laptop for a trade in, wrapped it up meticulously in bubble wrap, waited a few weeks after it was delivered to receive a quote due to processing delays on their end, only to be shown photos of my laptop with a cracked screen. I have reason to believe the team at trade in my tech broke my screen during their lengthy review process so they could lowball a price for my laptop (-$200 than the original quote). Their terms are written in their favor as they can claim it arrived damage then charge you for the return fee so you end up choosing to take their awful offer instead. If they wanted to be transparent about their offers, they could provide unboxing footage but instead you get a photo with nothing else. Would not recommend, you’re better of selling your things on FB marketplace or do a trade in offer with a reputable brick and mortar store.

Item quoted was a Surface Pro 7 in Fair condition. We received a Surface Pro 7 that had a cracked screen. There was no damage to packaging upon receipt and all items are put into bubble mailers upon receipt. Customer stated they sent in a device with no damage, however had quoted the device in Fair condition, likely as a result of the cracked screen. Items received with cracked glass fall into Damaged condition and as a result the quote was changed. Updated quote was sent with images of the item received. We stress the importance of accurately describing an item or there will likely be a change in quote as a result of condition change. Order was declined and item was returned to customer.

Trade in my tech does not pick up their phone nor email yet they say that they have the fast service. How do we contact the company to ensure if they have received the products or if they keep the word on their business deals with their customers?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We update along every step of the process, from when the item is received to when the payment is processed or there is a quote change. This order was updated promptly and customer was updated on the status of the order. This order was quoted for a Mint Surface Pro 8 but there was multiple signs of use on the device and a updated quote was provided, with images. Ultimately quote was not accepted and item was returned to owner.
