I just tried Trade-In My Tech for the first time and had a great experience. After I setup my trade-in I was immediately sent a pre-paid shipping label. Once my item was delivered to them I received my PayPal payment shortly after. I would definitely use this service again!

We are sorry you weren’t pleased with your transaction. We strive for customer satisfaction. We received your device on 8/27 and first reached out 8/29 to communicate a different offer amount due to a different model received, an iPhone 8 instead of an iPhone 8 Plus. We received an email stating you were unhappy with the amount provided even though our offer was the amount shown our site had the correct model been selected. We then tried to rectify the problem by offering a $5 bonus for being a first time customer. You agreed to this new amount and requested your payment be sent via check rather than the selected PayPal, of which has an immediate payment. We processed a check 9/7 and our site states that check payment can take up to 5 business days, and is to be delivered by 9/14. We apologize you were not satisfied with our service, however we tried our best to satisfy you as a customer and provide our best service. We value your business and hope we can serve you again.

My trade in was delivered them 2 weeks ago but it's still on hold. I emailed them, left a phone message but no-one gave me an answer. Beware!

We received your voicemail and email 9/11 asking the status of your trade-in, we promptly replied to both without receiving a reply. We did however receive an email from you acknowledging prompt response and accepting the new offer provided and processed a payment the same day. We apologize you were not satisfied with our service, however we did all we could to communicate with you and were awaiting your response to proceed.
