I was able to convert a 2015 iPad Pro to Amazon Gift credit without waiting to find an interested buyer on typical used marketplaces. The process did have a bit of friction requesting a shipping label (which should have automatically happened but didn't). Nevertheless, it was much less bother than selling it myself.

Easy going process

Overall a really easy experience. Everything is pretty streamlined only took a bit longer to go through evaluation. Still would definitely use them again.

Skeptical at first. Turned out to be fine. Fairly simple process. Could use better clarification on condition rating. Mine was downgraded once received which brings less money. Also paid $16 to ship, so have your own box and packing material. Overall easy and fast process. Would recommend to anyone with doubts.

Great experience, efficient transfer of funds. Wish we had more money given to me.

A little slow on the turnaround. Slight scratches deemed a lower price.

Overall was good. But it deducted 10 dollars from 110 to 100 without notification. Here is the timeline: 9.23 dropped the box at USPS; 9.26 USPS showed delivery; 9.29 the company sent me an e-mail that they received my device; 10.2 the company sent me an e-mail that my check was sent out, without mentioning that they changed the money; 10.7 I received my check.

Customer selected their iPad to include an apple pencil but that was not received and resulted in payment being adjusted accordingly. Thank you for your business.
