Overall good service, and I got the money I was initially quoted. The process was smooth, and they provided the resources needed (save the actual shipping materials like the box, packing tape, etc.) so I could ship the item in the condition they needed (information wiped and fully charged). The only downside was the processing time they took to verify my item was in the condition I specified – about 2 weeks – before they sent the money.

Crap customer service, phone number is just forward to VM and you can never speak to a love person; email is just as crappy, I had to leave a threatening VM before they would reply to my email. It was supposed to take a week from time of receipt to receive the funds according to their processing times but it took 3 weeks, 4 calls, and three emails before the trade was processed. This place is trash, do yourself a favor and trade your devices with a company who’s responsive and sticks to their timelines.

Gave me a low ball offer then claimed that the brand new in the box phone directly from Samsung had damage and lowered the offer even more.

Update After writing this they finally paid me. Scam! Sent my phone, it was recieved by them. I never got paid, tried to call and email multiple times with no response!

Very speedy process. Took me about a week to get my payment. And best of all, the amount I was quoted was the actual amount I was paid. Keep up the good work, TradeInMyTech!
