Sent my phone in and never got payment. DO NOT USE THEM! Sent an email and they said they would mail out a check. After a month I sent another email and now they are not responding. Looking into getting legal help.

Proof of payment was provided to customer after check never arrived. Check was deemed to be lost in transit and reissued.

Got offer for 177. Got there over a week. Countered offer to 152 saying cracked near charging port and screen bulching with pictures. Surface duo is not even mine in the picture. I accepted the counter offer to avoid the return hassle and probably making me pay for shipping. And also getting a broken device back. My device got original case and no screen protector on it and no crack.

We provide images of any discrepancies in condition that result in quote changes, with this item having a cracked frame near the charge port that was not mentioned but there was no issue with the screen that you are saying. The quote change was accepted by customer and process.

Overall a good experience. I rated my iPad “mint”, but they rated it “fair” resulting in a $60 quote vs an $80 one. Reasons being some barely perceptible dings on the case you’d have to have a microscope to see and how the battery scored on the bench test. Battery score makes sense. Not sure I agree on the dings. Still would use them again however.

The process did not go as expected based in what is advertised. It is impossible to talk to someone, it goes right to voice-mail. It was a week before they processed the transaction based on Fed-Ex delivery tracking. I will say their payout was the highest, and believe me I did a ton of research before choosing a company. They sent the payment on the same day they processed it, so that's a plus as well. Overall, I would recommend tradeinmytech.com, as long as you have patience. Also, I just realized they have a message on their website to be expecting delays...I did not see that message, so it's more my error than theirs.
