The company created an amazing looking website that has already resulted in a lead for our pressure washing business. Amazing customer service so far from Grace and Hugh. Excited to continue working with Townsquare.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Promises and lies. Don't do business with them.

This company is terrible and i cannot recommend them less. Besides the terrible service and in ability to follow up and do what was asked of them. I had a website that they insisted i transfer over to there hosting platform. Only to find out that when i wanted to go with another company a couple years later they claimed the website was their property and they owned it. I had my site hosted on google and switched to their platform as per their request so they could "optimize it". That was a lie. And when i wanted to end services they made hollow threats that i would loose SEO and all the hard work they did (the site was already built they just copied it) would be lost. A new company i hired built me a site for free, I have in our contract that i own it now. And they are able to show me its performing better than before. I get weekly meetings with marketing strategies and ideas/ Progress updates on how things are performing. They constantly check in to see if i am happy with services. Every quarter we do a review of their work and how i have benefited from it. I am getting way better service for the same money with another company. This company is a joke. Maybe when people listened to the radio they were better but now they are running on fumes and everyone who works there is soaking up a paycheck.
