Their client-relation systems are absurd
They build a great website. And their people are engaging and helpful. This business is preventing itself from being great ... or even good - because they refuse to assign one account manager to their clients. I have stopped doing the monthly calls because it's always the SAME call - but with somebody new. You have start at square one every time you deal with them because whoever you spoke with last month is a ghost. This complaint cannot be unique to me - and I have asked for a dedicated contact - but that is not how they operate.
