Thanks for your review. The shipping you paid for is 6-10 business days. I am sorry, if that was not clear to you. I wish we could get it there faster, but we can't. Thanks for your review. It is upsetting, however our shipping times are, at best, 6-10 business days from the date of shipping, not the date of order. As you can see from other reviews most of the time, it is even faster than that. Best of Luck!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you received your order. The medications you ordered can be left at temperatures up to 84-85F for up to 3 months (see the box). We package them in a cooler with ice that keeps them well below that temperature. Best of Luck
