Do not trust them
Their communication is terrible. The phone number goes nowhere, and they take several days to answer every single e-mail, which, as you know, when trying to plan an IVF cycle, the acquisition of medications in a timely manner is THE most important thing. I never received confirmation of my order, over 3 weeks before my travel date, so I emailed to ask about the timeline for delivery. 5 days later I received an e-mail saying they should be able to deliver it but could not make any guarantees and asked what I wanted them to do. I said, "Please go ahead and ship ASAP," and I'll hope for the best. No response. I emailed again after the weekend expressing my stress over getting these in time and requested a tracking number, and at that point received an immediate response saying I wouldn't get it in time, so they were canceling my order. If they had done their job at the time I placed the order, it would have definitely made it in time. Instead, I was stuck playing this game of chase with them, which has now left me in a position where I have to potentially compromise my IVF results (no biggie, just my future child) because it is now too late to seek out a different pharmacy.
