I tried contacting TownDrugStore by phone, but it only goes to voicemail. I left 2–3 messages with no response. I also emailed sales but haven’t received a reply. Their website isn’t working either. Is there any other way to reach TownDrugStore?

The company was easy to work with, my meds arrived on time. However, my credit card information was stolen and used. I’m pretty sure it was by someone in this company because I use my card maybe a handful of times a year and my information was used says after being given to this company and the purchases made on it were not from the USA. Thank God my bank caught the fraud and was able to handle it quickly.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that your card was hacked - but I do not believe the hack came from us. Unfortunately, this is a major problem for retailers large and small. We employee high levels of security and monitor our site continuously. It was our pleasure helping you. All the best.

Super easy to order and about half the price which is amazing but I ordered almost over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my medicines even after paying for the expedited shipping and I need them this week so I'm pretty stressed about it

Thanks for your review. It is upsetting, however our shipping times are, at best, 6-10 business days from the date of shipping, not the date of order. As you can see from other reviews most of the time, it is even faster than that. Best of Luck!

The ordering was so easy and my order arrived correctly in 4 days— which was amazing. BUT there was only one ice pack in the cooler, which was totally melted when it arrived, leaving me questioning how the meds were stored for those 4 days.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you received your order. The medications you ordered can be left at temperatures up to 84-85F for up to 3 months (see the box). We package them in a cooler with ice that keeps them well below that temperature. Best of Luck

Took them 3 days to process my order and total 10 days for shipment and delivery. I expected quick delivery within 5-7 days as I paid $100 for quick shipment but still wasted so much time.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed by our delivery times. Let me try and clarify. Our customer service agent explained (and it states clearly on our website) that all orders placed on Thursday - Saturday, only ship the following Sunday - there is simply no shipping on Friday and Saturday. Furthermore, we clearly state (both on the phone and on our web site) that we guarantee 6-10 days (USPS) delivery days. In most cases the package does arrive much quicker (see the other reviews :-) We wish you much luck with your treatment.

As I live in the US and shipping is expensive, I wish I could get more per delivery, but it is what it is. I am glad to be a customer. Mike, WY, U.S.

Hi, Thanks for your review. We are bound by rules, like any other pharmacy - therefore we are limited in the amounts we can sell you. Furthermore, the shipping only covers a small fraction of the total shipping cost. All in all, thanks for being our customer.
