We've been using the Tovala oven and subscribing to the meals for about 4 months now, and have been very happy. We've never had a bad meal, the prep is easy as advertised, and its brought a lot of much-needed variety to dinnertime at our house! On one recent order, one meal was missing a small spice packet, but we order meals in twos and we made do with the spices in the other order, and it all turned out fine. No big deal at all, but, when I contacted Tovala support just as an FYI, they instantly gave me a substantial refund as credit for our next order. Terrific product, great meals, and even better service.

customer service is crap and hardly reachable

We like your menu because it has a good variety of meals and is easy to use.

The customer service Kurt helped resolve my issue in a matter of moments. We absolutely love our Tovala! It helps with the endless, "What do you want to fix for dinner". We get excited picking our meals and excited to get to try new dishes and have only had 2-3 that were not our favorites but NO bad dishes at all.

I live alone and like to cook, however there are times that I am very busy or just not in the mood to prepare a meal. Tovala is very simple, and the meals have been very good. I like the fact that you add the ingredients yourself depending on your taste. I have recommended it to at least 10 of my friends. I use to use Factor before changing to Tovala. I also like the new rating system.

I am thrilled with all the food choices. There has only been one time where a food item was not great. Their chicken, steak, salmon is so tasty. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the white Mac n Cheese. I am in love with deserts. So easy. So tasty and I love it!!

EVERY Tovala meal I have eaten has been delicious!

I have used a number of food delivery services since 2020. Tovala is by far the best! This includes everything from their app to their packaging to ease of meal preparation. Of course, the meals themselves are top notch with a restaurant quality standard.
