I was having some trouble with mosquitoes and was concerned the product wasn’t working due to so much rain in my are but due to my yard being so large I needed a few more cups that they worked with me to give me a discount and also got some great tips. They even gave me a free pack of refills. Already loving this company

The company had forgot to send hooks but everything was made right. For me this product really works in my backyard. I do cold plunges during the summer and now i barely ever get bit.
Response from Tougher Than TomJun 22, 2023
Caleb, Thank you so much for your patience and working with us to get those replacement hooks sent to you :)! Enjoy your cold plunges (mosquito free)!

I had an issue one set of my containers did not have holes on the lids I reached out several times and finally got a response. * customer service reached out and will be remedying the problem. Apparently lids have holes in them to hold the wire mine did not. Impressed with how customer service did handle the situation. Might I make a suggestion? . Instruction pamphlets have a font maybe size 5! Even with magnification barely legible. Company also has a product that deters mice. That product does appear to be working so I am giving 3 stars to the company *

Stephanie, Thank you so much for working with our support team so we could get you a replacement! Also, thanks for the suggestion! We will work on getting those instructions to be larger. We are thrilled the Mosquito TNT is working for you and hope that you give our mouse deterrent products a chance down the road :)! Take care, Tougher Than Tom

This product is absolutely useless. We have less than .5 acre lot, hung all 4 containers even though according to their claim, 4 provides coverage for an entire acre. As soon as we walk into our yard we are swarmed by mosquitoes just as we always have been. Don’t waste your $, totally absolutely USELESS! Update: in reply to your response, I ordered thru Facebook. I requested a refund through their purchase guarantee because I did try to reach out to you via email and all measures available to me and you do not reply to your customers. I received my refund ONLY because I ordered thru Facebook and my purchase was protected through their platform. Your customer service is nonexistent.

Caren, We are unable to find your order by just your name so we can't contact your directly. Tom's principle value is to treat every person like family. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can work together to get you a solution you'll be happy with. Thank you!
