TNT is the real deal! We've been using it for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant reduction in the number of mosquitoes around our home. The customer service was great, and the shipping was quick. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I received damaged products. Customer support wasn't too helpful but Courtney reached out and got my issue resolved quickly. My review is not for the effectiveness of the product as it was damaged and I couldn't use.

This mosquito product has not worked for us at all. Did let the company know and they sent me more product but still no results, not one single dead mosquito. Very disappointed with this product!!! I was asked to add additional information, not sure what I can say. I followed the instructions and no results. The company sent me more of their dry solution, we followed the instructions and still no mosquitos in the trap.

Alicia, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're disappointed to hear the product isn't meeting your expectations. Something to be aware of is that you aren't typically going to find mosquitoes in the jars, they aren't traps. The TNT product works by attracting the mosquitoes to the liquid. They drink it, leave, and then when their intestines can't digest it they explode. This is why we suggest setting the containers up around the perimeter of your yard to create a barrier. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can honor our money back guarantee and get you a refund.

We've tried everything to get rid of mosquitoes, but nothing has worked as well as TNT. It's natural, safe, and effective. The customer service was fantastic, and the shipping was quick.

After letting customer service know that my traps didn't seem to be working as usual, they quickly offered to send me replacement bait at no charge. I really appreciate them taking care of their customers and standing behind their products.

I am so so disappointed that this product does not work at all! I have just shy of an acre and horrible mosquitoes, specifically I get swarms in my bedroom. I have 4, one next to my bed as I watch the mosquitoes come for me while the Tougher than Tom does absolutely nothing. I really really wanted this to work for my sanity.
Response from Tougher Than TomJul 11, 2023
Gretchen, Tried reaching out to you via email but it doesn't seem like you receive them =(! Mosquito TNT works by attracting the insects to the trap, they drink from it, then they fly away and explode because they can't digest the solution. The product should never be used indoors for this reason. We would love to get you a new set of refills and go over how to properly set them up outside. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected]!

We were skeptical at first, but Mosquito TNT really works! We live in an area with lots of mosquitoes, but since we started using this product, we haven't had any issues. The shipping was quick, and the customer service was great.
