Hi Jan. I am sorry about the delay. We shipped the order out the day after you placed the order. Unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse we have no control over the postal service, who for the most part has been very reliable. We will keep an eye out on this order, and if for any reason it doesn't come within the next few days we can ship you out a new one. It was a little torn up (see pix attached) but the towel inside looked fine. Thanks for the awesome review. I am glad you like it. The sign should be light enough to hang without excessive hardware. I have hung them in my house with just a large nail and rested the inside frame on it. Best, Jay
