The customer was contacted directly regarding the missing magnets. Magnets were shipped same day, but apparently never made it the customer. We offered the customer the option to reship or refund and she chose the refund. Customer service information is located on our home page, but we will look to make it more prominent.

The order was placed on Sunday, December 22nd and shipped the next day. The order was shipped Priority mail which typically will take 2-3 days to arrive. However this being the week of Christmas, it did not arrive until Saturday December 28th. Shipping transit times are used as a guide and we do not guarantee those times which is stated on our website. Ms. Frese, never contacted us as she claims in her review. This is the first we are hearing of her complaint. Even though we don't guarantee shipping times, we would have been happy to provide a partial refund on the shipping she chose because we always try to make our customers happy.

Hi Wilma. Thank you for the feedback. We are not sure why you are getting so many emails from us, but we will look into it and make the necessary corrections. Best, Jay

Hi Kendra. Thanks for taking time to provide feedback. We shipped your item out on the 12th which was the same day you placed the order with us. It went out Priority mail which should arrive in 2-3 days. You selected our standard shipping which we quote as 2-5 days. It looks like Priority mail based on tracking misdirected the shipment which is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow - June 20th. I am very sorry for the delay. We hate to disappoint but we can't control shipping once it leaves our doors which is why we don't provide shipping guarantees. We will, however go ahead and refund the $4 extra you paid for the shipping upgrade.

Hi Cathy. Thank you for taking the time to send this review, even though it was not what we like to hear. We always want to meet or beat expectations with our products and clearly we did not do it for you this time. The item you ordered was only $11.95 and you chose to have it sent using expedited shipping which was $13.95, so much of what you paid was for shipping and not the product. We would be happy to take the product back or issue a partial refund of what you paid if you would like to keep the item. Just let us know what you prefer, and we would be happy to do this for you. Best, Jay

Hi Jan. I am sorry about the delay. We shipped the order out the day after you placed the order. Unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse we have no control over the postal service, who for the most part has been very reliable. We will keep an eye out on this order, and if for any reason it doesn't come within the next few days we can ship you out a new one. Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 203-421-2144 if there is anything else we can do. Follow up from customer: To let you know...my package did arrive yesterday afternoon. It was a little torn up (see pix attached) but the towel inside looked fine. Thank you for your personal note on the enclosed packing slip responding to my request that my name address and e-mail not be shared with anyone. Your note, and your e-mail response have been the best customer service I've received in a long, long time!! Thank you!! Have a wonderful holiday season and stay safe.
