My item has not arrived although according to totally awesome goods.com it has. I’ve emailed twice to see if they can help me locate item. :( I got a lovely, personal phone call letting me know how the email/item overlap seems to have happened, and that my item ought to be here some time next week! Thank you for the personal touch. I really look forward to receiving the earrings!!

Hi Mother Chick. We responded to both emails that you sent us today with an update on tracking. Your order was placed on February 11th and was shipped out on the 12th using USPS. Most orders are arriving within 10 days of placing your order, but some could take longer with the Pandemic and the weather we have been experiencing. We will continue to track it for you.
