Shopping online was superb with a user-friendly website, excellent pricing, and I received my items in a timely manner! Provided awesome customer service and sent email communications so that I knew where my package was at all times!

Didn’t meet expectations. Way overpriced for this product

Hi Cathy. Thank you for taking the time to send this review, even though it was not what we like to hear. We always want to meet or beat expectations with our products and clearly we did not do it for you this time. The item you ordered was only $11.95 and you chose to have it sent using expedited shipping which was $13.95, so much of what you paid was for shipping and not the product. We would be happy to take the product back or issue a partial refund of what you paid if you would like to keep the item. Just let us know what you prefer, and we would be happy to do this for you. Best, Jay
