I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all to anyone. I ordered three lights, one was sent to me broken. I asked them to replace it and they made me send a video of proof it was broke and return it. Would you believe they sent me back the same broken light!!!!!!!!!!! Saying their tech tested it and it was just the battery (like i didn't try that before i sent it back!!!!) and how do you send your customer a broken light and broken batteries?!?!?. OK, so i said let me try this again. Maybe I'm the crazy one.... Nope. It wasn't me. I replaced the batteries and IT STILL DIDN'T WORK! This company really sent me a bad light and bad batteries TWICE! I asked for a new one again and they asked me for another video and said they cant send it expedited. This was a two month process of broken lights, shipping back and forth, numerous videos and horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and time. Don't order from them!

I purchased four LED PAR30TB4013L-D-50 bulbs. Summary: I purchased 4 LED bulb. 3 failed within 2 years (3 year warranty). I offered to ship the bad bulbs to the factory in exchange for replacements when they received my bad bulbs. The factory said, "NOT AUTHORIZED". They want an order number. THe retailer didn;t provide one. I explained I have all original packaging. The whole story: The box clearly says, "Lasts 22.8 Years". I figured if they lasted 5 years I would be happy. The box also says, "...warranted for 3 years..." so I had no worries. Today, I have had three of the lights fail after less than 2 years. I contacted the company at their website (instructions on the box) and began a chat with customer service. I was told that they required an order number. I explained that I purchased them from a retailer and did not have an order number. She said, "we only sell online". I suggested that the retailer must have purchased them online and sold them OTC. She said that wasn't possible. I called the retailer in Orlando to inquire. He said, "yes, we purchase large quantities and sell over the counter". I explained that I needed an order number to get a factory replacement. I was told that he doesn't provide order numbers for counter sales and all warranty claims should first be attempted at the factory as instructed on the box. I went back online with the factory rep to explain that I would gladly pay freight to return the three bad bulbs. Once they confirmed the failure, they could then send replacements. The representative said she could not authorize that procedure. I told her I had no other choice but to leave a negative review and disconnected the session. Here I am and there you go. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

If a zero was possible I’d give them a 0! Horrible product and even worse customer service, if possible. We bought 12 garden lights in April and only 2 still work. They only offer replacements...of the same lousy product. This means paying an electrician 2 more times to remove then replace the lights. To top it off, they never even emailed the instructions on how to return the lights. Stay away!

Bought their LED lights about 2 yrs ago. Came with a 3 yr warranty plus they state the bulbs will last for approx 22.5 years! One of my bulbs went out and I contacted them about replacement. Only if I have the 2 yr old receipt. Well, I don't have it nor do I have any info from when I went on their site and purchases them. So instead of having a satisfied customer, who would have bought from them again, they now have one writing bad reviews. I even called and got jumped on immediately as she didn't hear me say hello! Very unfriendly all the way, nice customer service. Oh well, hope others get a better response.
