A sign of a great company is how well they handle their warranty claims. I bought a set of their Leonlite 6W well lights from Amazon. Unfortunately, one of them started to go bad and I contacted Torchstar for a warranty claim. My case was assigned to a person named, Italia, who professionally and expeditiously handled my claim. If anyone is on the fence on buying any lighting from Torchstar, rest assured you will be well taken care of past Amazon's return period.

I sent an inquiry about an LED barn light that failed after 3 years of great performance. My inquiry was to understand if this was the normal life of this product. I received an immediate response from customer service agent Italia. I was asked to describe the circumstances and answer questions about the light installation. I provided answers and a video of the installation. Italia came back with some follow up questions and informed my that this light has a 5 year warranty. I felt that Italia was working in my interest and it was really nice to have an actual person in this communication. In the end, I am waiting on a replacement for my original barn light. Bravo and kudos to Italia and thank you Torchstar for having real customer service agents.
