TORCHSTAR - Light Fixtures WholesalerReviews of torchstar.us

It took a minute, but you guys came through…Thank you for helping me out.

I had a shipping issue, and they fixed it immediately and with efficiency.

Purchased a set of Leonlite Pathway Lights and was missing one of the ground stakes. Contacted Torchstar customer service and got a response back the next day. Italia was great to work with and once we determined the part that was missing it was shipped and received within a few days. I’ve used these Leonlites at two of my homes and are really satisfied with their quality and now their customer service. Highly recommend using them.

Have installed and used multiple lights from Torchstar. They are great! One was an outdoor motion light that has help up particularly well in harsh weather. Justin was fantastic to work with. Will work with them again in the future!

Retrofit can light arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition.

Well to begin with, Justin was great with customer service. This hardwired spotlight is perfect and SUPER BRIGHT! I love the different options of auto/on/distance/timer/test modes.up to 60ft range. Gotta get you one, simple to install with all the hardware needed

They quickly assessed my warranty claim and validated it and had a new lamp shipped out within a couple of days. Great customer service in this day and age.

Got some great security lights from Justin. He was a pleasure to work with
