Order to replace a previous TorchStar 4" LED out of four units that no longer came on and to have spares if I encounter problems with the other 3 units. However, when I plugged the replacement unit into the lead from the electrical box, the unit didn't come on. The next step is to check the connections inside the box and rewire, if necessary -- something I was hoping to avoid with the replacement unit. If rewiring doesn't bring on the replacement unit, I make have to return the 4 unit set.

Some lights have been defective but customer service, especially Serena, has been great. I’ve received replacement for all my defective lights. I hope they don’t keep breaking because warranty is about to expire
