The customer service that this company offers is top notch. They even followed up with me after I asked the questions I had. The lights are super simple to install and look amazing in my house. Couldn’t be happier.

I was looking for a new desk clamp for my adjustable drawing table lamp. Just the clamp, not the entire lamp. Ruby in Customer Service was incredibly helpful and patient answering my questions. She and I even exchanged pictures to make sure we were talking about the same thing. Once my questions were answered, Ruby got the table clamp sent to me right away. And now my drawing table is properly lit once again!

Recently finished my basement and needed trim for 44 recessed lights. Two of the lights had to be "short" cans due to the limited space and Torchstar had trim that worked with these lights and matched the trim on my other lights, also from Torchstar.

Italia D. from Torchstar was very helpful with my warranty claim on a security light issue. She guided me on how to reset the light and when that didn't work, processed my new fixture for delivery the next day. Thank you!
