Of course, your cookies are superb & well worth waiting for but we were asked for our preferred 'date of delivery' (they were a gift!) and they were not delivered on the date promised. No doubt the USPS fault - but, sorry, couldn't give you an A+, 5 Stars, this time!

We are sorry, we faced many challenges down the stretch with staffing and we wanted to get some packages out quicker to get ahead of that USPS clog up, but unfortunately we couldn't overcome all the challenges. We'll strive fo the A+ next time

I originally placed the order and realized I didn’t leave a note for the recipient. Also, the delivery was going to be sooner than I anticipated. I contacted the company and they were great. Not only were they prompt on responding, but they willing to adjust the delivery date and add the message. I was at the recipients house yesterday and was able to see the package. I was shocked! Someone actually hand wrote the message I had sent. The cookies hadn’t been tested yet, but they smelled good and were well packaged!!

I ordered the 617 Samplah Box to cure my homesickness this holiday season. I’m pacing myself though the box but each time I try a new flavor, it becomes my favorite! So currently, it’s the OFD - how appropriate!
