Hi- We don’t use Crisco or Lard, the ingredients are listed on the packaging. But clearly you didn’t get the best quality and something went wrong. We will be in touch to figure out how to solve this.

Neil, I reached out to you to see how to best resolve this. Since your original purchase we have updated our software, however there is an acknowledgement at checkout as well as follow up emails that the default was auto renew. We listened to feedback and changed subscription providers and we believe it is easier at purchase and for maintaining subscriptions.
