I had my order shipped. The post office shoved the box in my mailbox; it was a very tight fit and crumpled the box. There was no indicator on the box that it came from a bakery & had no “fragile handle with care” on it. This may be helpful for future shipped orders. Of the four flavors I ordered, only one was chewy & fresh tasting (yum to the chocolate mint!) The other three flavors were hard but still tasted good. I would be hesitant to do a mail order in the future.

They are a little stale. I think it is the time it takes to get here. Kind of thick too. Hard to bite in to with dentures. They are delicious anyhow. I hate giving negative remarks but hopefully they are constructive. I would never be able to cook with the various ingredients you have used. Very creative.

This order was apparently shipped on 5/27 and arrived on 6/4. That’s 9 days for delivery. The cookies were intact but the chips in them had the quality of having melted and firmed up again. Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with this shipment.

Hazels ch ch were very hard and the sugar cookies were close to tasteless.
