The cookies themselves were great. However most subscriptions you sign up for like this are either 3,6 or 12 months. I did not realize this was an auto renew subscription and got dinged with a second 6-month payment. I had originally purchased a 6 month subscription for my father for christmas. Now I am paying for him to get cookies for a year. Not exactly what I had planned.

Neil, I reached out to you to see how to best resolve this. Since your original purchase we have updated our software, however there is an acknowledgement at checkout as well as follow up emails that the default was auto renew. We listened to feedback and changed subscription providers and we believe it is easier at purchase and for maintaining subscriptions.
