ABSOLUTELY do not buy anything from this store. I purchased Ugg mini boots as a Christmas present . I traveled an hour away to pick them up they were the wrong size. I came back to pick up the correct size and they didn’t have them. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money even with the purchase being less than 5 days old. Very shady. Again stay FAR FAR away. This first purchase will definitely be my last

SUPER FAST shipping, EXCELLENT value, quality & service, GREAT ITEMS!!! OUTSTANDING customer service. JOSEPH has been AWESOME when I needed to exchange an item. His thorough instructions and VERY PROMPT responses to emails was so appreciated. It was a PERFECT purchase and definitely would purchase from them again. Joseph, can't thank you enough for making sure I got my item before Christmas. You are the BEST!!!!

It’s my first time ordering here and the website advertised free shipping over $74.99 in the US. My shipping rate of $9.99 was still calculated with the purchase so I chatted online with the rep Aazan. She responded quickly and helped refund the shipping charge immediately. With customer service this fast and superb from Aazan I will most likely order from here again. Especially if everything is received as ordered.

I was very pleased to be able to chat with Williams while placing my order. I was having some shipping issues with my order and he sent me a link to use to get my free shipping! Great online store!
