“I was hesitant at first since they sent an invoice to purchase, but I went ahead and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out via chat, and Aazan quickly corrected it with no problem. Great service!”

I would like to commend William, Customer Support Specialist at Tops and Bottoms, for his outstanding service during my recent Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard raffle purchase. His commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. William communicated with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that all of my questions were answered thoroughly. His patience throughout the process was greatly appreciated, as he took the time to verify details and provide reassurance from start to finish. This level of customer care reflects both his dedication and the high standards of Tops and Bottoms. William turned what could have been a routine purchase into a truly positive experience.

Don't buy here unless you absolutely have to. The customer service is horrible. Then they want you to give them a 5 star review on trustpilot for future business or a drop you want but they won't come thru. They'll just lead you along so they look good. Very deceptive. Buyer beware!!
