⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Williams is my guy! He always keeps me in the loop about all the newest releases and makes sure I know what’s coming out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. He’s also incredibly quick with shipping. Every package I’ve ordered has been handled fast and arrived without any issues. I appreciate the service so much that I’m actually planning a trip from DC to Chicago next month specifically to visit Williams and check out the store in person. That says a lot about the kind of experience he provides. Never purchased on the site before and was messaged about a pair of shoes that are an upcoming release. Kyousuke made it super easy to make the purchase. Sent me an invoice link and had a confirmed order within like a minute! Super excited as I’ve been looking forward to these and got them already locked in! Thank you Tops and Bottoms and Kyousuke! Very unsatisfied with their customer service. Before purchasing, I read numerous reviews about the item I wanted and they were mixed. Some said size up. Some said size down. I opted to play it safe and sized up. When the item arrived I tried it on and it was extremely too big. I requested a refund. After waiting for a response for several days, I was finally notified and told that they could offer an exchange but not a refund. I explained I did not want an exchange because now I couldn't be sure that the sizing would be correct. I was informed that their policy was no refunds. So now I am sitting here with an unusable tracksuit that I spent almost $300 on because they refuse to give a refund. I was even willing to pay the return shipping which they told me I would have to be responsible for and also the 20% restocking fee that they would charge. But they said that was only for exchanges. Clearly the sizing was not accurate. I didn't think it was wise to waste time and money on shipping costs and restocking fees to receive a size I still could not be sure would be accurate. So just be aware that this company does not offer refunds, only exchanges and you are required to pay restocking fees and return shipping costs. Shop elsewhere.
