No issues with the experience at all
No issues with the experience at all. Got the shoe I wanted. Store called me and texted me to verify I still wanted to purchase. Will recommend them to anyone of my friends to purchase merchandise. Will shop again soon.

I was originally sent the wrong jacket…
I was originally sent the wrong jacket that I ordered, I ordered the white fur version and was sent the blue fur. I called the number and spoke to Williams and he gave me the option to either send the jacket back free of charge for an exchange or they’d refund me 15% back which amounted to $105. I didn’t mind the blue fur option (thought I still would have preferred the white) but I thought that was fair. Williams was great. Thanks again!
