These guys ARE scammers. They don't share gift codes or whatever they say. They just don't. I have been waiting for 4 long days now; they have said that they will not continue.

We cancelled and refunded your order as we do not accept insults against any of our workers. The TopPlayer Team.

its now been 4 days and I still do not have my game keys delivered. The business model is intentionally misleading. The accounts I have added on my friends list are eligible to transfer the game but haven't. I am now worried my battle.net account will be flagged.

Over 117 hours have passed, and the d4 gift still hasn't arrived. I submitted a ticket – no response. I submitted a ticket on Kinguin – no response.

We are deeply sorry for the massive delay and the lack of communication on both platforms. That is entirely our fault. We have completely cleared the delivery bottleneck that caused this issue. Your order has already been finalized, and our support team has updated your tickets with the confirmation details (whether it was completed or refunded). Thank you for bearing with us during this system overload, and we apologize again for the silence. The TopPlayer.gg Team

I can't say it was such a bad experience—I ordered the Bo7 game and that's exactly what I got. It did take a little longer than 72 hours, but it was still within the 72–96-hour timeframe they specify. As long as I received the game, everything is perfect.

Thank you for trusting TopPlayer.gg! We are really happy to hear that your experience was a positive one and that you got exactly what you paid for. The mandatory 72-hour friend cooldown set by Battle.net always requires a bit of patience, so we truly appreciate you bearing with us while the timer completed its course within our expected window. Have a blast playing Black Ops 7, and please come back anytime! The TopPlayer.gg Team

One week since i ordered the diablo 4 expansion and nothing. 96h is not real. Im not going to say that its scam because i dont think it is, but come on i should have received the game more than two days ago. I writed yesterday a ticket where they say they respond 24h max and i have waited 30h and again, nothing

We sincerely apologize again for the rough experience you had with this order. Missing our 96-hour delivery window and our 24-hour support SLA was entirely our fault due to a severe system overload at the time. I just wanted to leave a quick update here to confirm that your ticket was answered and your Diablo 4 expansion was successfully delivered. We have since upgraded our delivery and support systems to ensure this kind of delay doesn't happen again. Thank you for sticking with us and for your understanding! The TopPlayer.gg Team
