Hello, I was really happy when I saw what you advertised - so I went and bought my self B07 delivery said up to 72h but on website said instant. I wasn't to happy with that but I figured the price I paid makes up for it. the friend requests came straight way and I've added them as per the instructions. 5 requests to be exact. more than 72h have passed and more than 24h have passed since i opened a ticket (#6PZQ) no game, no reply no nothing.

Well, the product was received, however... not great service. Easily the most disappointed I've been with a grey market site. I acknowledge there's a 72h wait for Battlenet products - understandable, you can't bypass that. However, they did not deliver the product at the 72h mark. They didn't deliver it at 96 hours, either. It's only 5 days after ordering that I received it. And reading these reviews, this seems to be pretty common. If you can't deliver on time, don't advertise yourselves as "72h-96h" when it more often than not seems to be much longer than that! And yes yes high volume but I'm afraid I can't see that as anything other than a copout excuse. I asked for an update after 80 hours and they said I'd get it within the next 12 hours - but I didn't get it then either. If you do buy from them you should seriously consider doing it from a 3rd party site as I don't know how much I'd trust this seller for a refund if needed. You should also weigh in how much you're saving, if it's just like 5-10 bucks... is it worth it to you to wait a week? For me, unlikely I purchase here again..
