Pas évident de comprendre le principe d’ami sur battlenet. Délai d’attente final d’une bonne semaine. Mais l’essentiel est d’avoir le jeu. Je recommande mais avec ces réserves.

Finally got my copy of Black Ops 7 for $26. Took more than 72 hours because the website doesn't tell you to accept their automated bot friend requests to get the gifts for Activision gifts from Battle.net. (I declined, so it took longer) Response time within 24 hours is pretty meh, definitely needs to work on their support a bit. So if you prefer to wait and get your game, then this is an okay service.

Thank you for the honest and constructive review! You scored an amazing deal getting Black Ops 7 for $26, but you are completely right—our instructions should have been much clearer from the start. Because of feedback like yours, we have officially updated our guides and automated emails so future buyers know exactly why those distribution accounts send friend requests, and why declining them resets the 72-hour timer. We also hear your critique regarding our 24-hour support response time. We are actively working on scaling our support team to provide much faster replies. Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve TopPlayer.gg. Enjoy BO7! The TopPlayer.gg Team

I bought COD MW4 on June 7th and accepted the invitation on June 8th. I still haven't received what I purchased. ###UPDATE I received my order, I think changing the rating to 3 stars would be fair.
Response from TopplayerJun 16, 2026
Thank you for providing the exact dates. You did everything perfectly by accepting the friend request on June 8th, and the massive delay you experienced with your Call of Duty order is entirely our fault due to an unexpected bottleneck in our system. We are dispatching the final delayed orders right now. Your copy of MW4 is being delivered to your Battle.net account within the hour. We sincerely apologize for the radio silence and the long wait. Enjoy the game!

They didn’t not deliver what I paid for in the window of 96 hours and no response from the support. I would rate this seller with 0 but it’s not possibile. AVOID. EDIT: Surely they did their best to deliver even if I received my game in one week.
Response from TopplayerJun 12, 2026
We are truly sorry for the unacceptable delay and the lack of communication. We completely understand why you feel this way. Our delivery system was recently overwhelmed due to a sudden bottleneck of orders processing at the exact same time, which unfortunately pushed your delivery past the expected window. We want to assure you and anyone reading this that this is strictly a logistical delay. We never fail to deliver what was paid for. Our support team is actively catching up on tickets right now. We will contact you directly on your ticket today to resolve your order immediately or issue a refund. Thank you for your patience. The TopPlayer.gg Team

Was promised a 72-96 hour delivery window. Currently 115 hours in, and no sign of progress. Last night after the latest delivery time was missed I opened a ticket, no response to that yet either. As others mentioned the FAQ, Help Center, ToS and several other parts of the website do not function. Opening a ticket works, but if delivery windows are being missed so consistently, a lot of negative reviews could be avoided by just communicating clearly. I hope I'll be able to update this review once I actually receive the product, but even then this store could do with a lot of improvements. EDIT: I have now received the product as ordered. I honestly wouldn't have minded the wait if the seller was transparent about it before the purchase. A little transparency goes a long way.

First of all, you are completely right. Better communication from our end would have saved you a lot of frustration, and we sincerely apologize for leaving you in the dark. To give you full transparency, we are currently experiencing a significant bottleneck. Alongside a high volume of new orders, a massive wave of older clients recently completed their prerequisites (like accepting friend requests), causing all their deliveries to trigger at the exact same time. This compounded our queue and pushed us past your 96-hour window. Regarding the website: we are currently doing a major overhaul and structural upgrade of the platform, which is why the FAQ, ToS, and Help Center links are temporarily under construction. We are actively working through our support tickets right now and will respond to yours shortly to get your order delivered. Thank you for your patience and for the highly constructive feedback. Currently been waiting 5 days for mine. No communication from them at all. Looks like its time to through PayPal Edit this has now been resolved it just took alot longer than they said. If they were honest with the turn arpund times this could be better

We deeply apologize for the radio silence and the extended 5-day wait. That is not the standard of communication we want to provide. Thank you for updating your review to confirm you received your order. We hear your feedback loud and clear regarding our turnaround times, and we are updating our website to ensure future buyers have a completely transparent and realistic timeframe before they purchase. We appreciate your patience and your honest feedback to help us do better. The TopPlayer.gg Team

Like other reviewers have stated, you’re not going to get the battle net gift in 96 hours…. But it didn’t take a week or 10 days either. We got ours at the 104 hour mark. Not bad but not ideal… this isn’t a bird feeder ordered on Amazon where you don’t care if it comes tomorrow or in two weeks. It’s a highly anticipated purchase. I would highly suggest TopPlayer.gg update their communications to indicate their current backlog and state an average current delivery window above actual so as to set the bar low and if they come in sooner…. GREAT!!

Hi MB, Thank you for your honest review. You hit the nail on the head: buying a new game is exciting, and any delay past the expected window is frustrating. We are sorry that it took 104 hours to get your gift delivered. We are taking your advice to heart and we are actively working on updating our delivery windows and customer communications to clearly state when we have a backlog. We are making the necessary changes to ensure we do exactly that. Thank you for sticking with us and for helping TopPlayer.gg improve. Enjoy the game! The TopPlayer.gg Team

Hello, Website is under construction, the only thing that works at this moment is the support tickets and gift claiming form.
