I sent notice to Chelsea Cerge telling…
I sent notice to Chelsea Cerge telling her that we sold our home in St. Petersburg. I requested refunds of insurance payments including Flood Insurance. I sent all documents from the Title Company about the closing of the home on December 1. Today I received an email from Chelsea Cerge saying they were cancelling my policy for non payment. I guess the computer didn't get the information.

I wanted to replace my high priced…
I wanted to replace my high priced homeowners insurance policy. I called and it was all taken care of in a few days...including home inspection and wind mitigation. The cost was less than 1/3 of my old policy with the same coverage.
