When all 4 policies were supposed to be…
When all 4 policies were supposed to be completed I kept receiving notices that things were missed. Even after asking if policies needed any more documents. I even had a policy canceled for non-payment after asking if you had all you needed and if all were complete.

Customer service after you sign the binder non existent
Insurance was cancelled three times. Even after the premium was paid. Hard to get anyone to return calls and actually speak to someone, especially when there is an issue. Received a check back in the mail for the amount of the one policy, so not even sure if I have coverage at this point as no one returned my call.
