We do not recommend
We had insurance with TopLine for many years, went to renew and the underwriter after 3 months cancelled the insurance. We were left with no insurance, and the agent disappeared, dropped the case and never assisted us. Very disappointing after so many years with the company.

Very easy and reassuring experience
Very easy and reassuring experience. After having a wall pipe bust it was easy to get in touch with them. I was updated throughout the claim process and appreciated the website that allowed me to see what was in progress.
