SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3 YEARS IN- THEY OWE US THOUSANDS OF MONEY.
I have attended 2 seminars and found them useful. myself and my husband decided to buy a package of different events which we spent thousands of pounds on. Unfortunately, COVID19 happened, none of them were run for over 2 years so we requested a refund right away. We have been ignored, passed on to yet another 'advisor' who tried to fob us off some other products for the money we spent (we were not interested) - its been over 3 years and the 'BUSINESS GURU' still owes us thousands of pounds, and no sight of anybody who can resolve this for us.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

You get out what you put in. Having an accountability partner is essential to success.
I enrolled in the one year TR coaching program because I felt stuck for a period of years. I was unable to get motivated to move in any direction and was very frustrated and discouraged. That said, I was also highly committed to changing all that. The difference between my life now and my life a year ago is stark. I have achieved several lifelong goals, I am on track to be financially independent within the next five years, I am happy and content with my life.
The one takeaway I wish to convey is the program works if you do. I was committed to change. I used my coach to get through short term challenges and to keep me accountable to my goals. I put in a lot of effort, and pushed through a lot of resistance. Ultimately, I can say I transformed my life with the help of my personal coach. I can also say that I got a gem from each session that I was able to use to move forward through various challenges.

Pressure sales tactics
Pressure sales tactics - mediocre coaching - they want you to believe that if you don’t commit to their program you aren’t committed to your future. Highly manipulative head play and heart strings. Complete waste of money. They want $4,000 for self help? Ridiculous - the coaches don’t even speak English well enough to communicate what you are trying to do.

Team Tony Robbins' Crass Unreliability
I've asked Team Tony Robbins about available replays every time after receiving their self-promoting emails reminding we eager UPW post attendees about the upcoming live training, happening at a convenient time in America, yet inconvenient for those living on the other side of the world with jobs to do. Never has one response been received. It was the same nonsense with the previous training with Karissa. I've just sent the following in their 'contact' link at the bottom of each email:
Mar. 30th:
Hello, I've received YET ANOTHER mail: "Tony's surprise training is happening in just 24 hours, Roger...", and you're failing to reply about replays YET AGAIN.
This needs to be made public on Trustpilot. Your lack of commitment is inexcusable!"
Just what is WRONG with these Team Tony Robbins' staff? They make promises about replying within 48 hours yet show no intention of keeping them, nor making any replies whatsoever. Shame on these tacky, unprofessional people. Why do they keep pestering us with their persistent unreliability?
Update, April 1st: I'm still waiting for a response from Kaylie to kindly explain Team Tony Robbins' behaviour.
Update on Apr. 8th: Thank you for your kind reply, Kaylie, & apologies for the irascible tone of the above, but circumstances triggered it.
Question 4 needs clarifying: I mean, regarding the Life Force free book offer. It’s only been available as a physical copy that I can see. It could be made available in e-format to save costs in several areas.
One more item that I forgot to mention is regarding the statement: "I would like to recommend you save us in your contacts as our systems show I, Kaylie, have responded to each of your emails and you are currently emailing with a member of my team, Neil, who responded within a 8 hour window of you submitting your case"
I'd like to state absolutely clearly that, apart from one previous email sent some weeks ago, no other questions submitted via your 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the circulars were ever replied to. Furthermore, I check my junk mail box daily as a matter of course, so it's totally impossible for me to have missed any replies from Team Tony Robbins.
Please be aware beyond doubt about this fact. Team Tony Robbins has been very unresponsive in previous dealings. It's an objective fact, and not an opinion.

3. Is the incantation formula: 1. shake your body out, 2. stand tall with the sternum up, 3. make a move, 4. make some noise, 5. incantate the intention, 6. make the sound of victory? Yes, or no? Please confirm.

4. Why not send Life Force in ebook format? It'll save on huge postage costs, and avoid wasting paper and trees, and will avoid leaving a massive avoidable carbon footprint.
