After been evaluated by a test of Tony Robbins (Disc & Motivation) in a employer interview I just got a free report with an option to Coaching Strategists ($99.97), that’s ok to get new customer offering what he “think” should be the property personality of an employee. I got 2 Degrees, (Mechanic Eng. and HVAC Specialist) over 15 years in business, working directly to the customers, always building relationships and trust, basically is the key of my success. Is very disappointed Check a review reading bars and colors telling me what another person think is my personality and behavior. Fell sad for the companies who pair this crazy test to get another opinion from another human trying to telling me how is my personality.

Dear Luis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with the DISC assessment. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused, and we would like to provide you with some additional information that may help address your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that the DISC assessment is not owned by Tony Robbins. While we do host it on our website and partner with them in that regard, it is a test developed and owned by Assessments 24/7, an independent assessment provider. Tony Robbins may use this assessment as part of his coaching programs, but he is not the owner of the test itself. We understand that receiving a free report with an option for Coaching Strategists may have seemed like a sales tactic, and we apologize if it came across that way. The intention behind offering the coaching option is to provide individuals with additional guidance and support based on their assessment results if they found the results helpful or intriguing. However, we acknowledge that it might not be the right fit for everyone. We genuinely value your professional accomplishments and the expertise you have gained over the course of your career. Building relationships and establishing trust with customers is indeed a crucial aspect of success, and we commend you for your achievements in this regard. We regret that the assessment results, presented in the form of bars and colors, did not resonate with you and left you feeling disappointed. The DISC assessment is designed to provide insights into your behavioral tendencies and preferences, based on a widely recognized model. However, we understand that it may not capture the full complexity and nuances of an individual's personality. We encourage you to communicate your concerns with your employer regarding the assessment process. They may be able to provide further guidance or address any questions you may have about its relevance to your role or the organization's goals. Once again, we apologize for any frustration or dissatisfaction caused. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and better meet the needs of our clients. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Sincerely, Kaylie Team Tony
