I had a great experience with customer service who made sure I received my email. However, I did not receive my email after two tries. Had to use my husband's email to receive the tickets. Don't know if that is an issue on Tom's end or my email platform's end, but it was a little frustrating. But, like I said, customer service stayed with me until I received my tickets. Great job. Look forward to going on the trip.

Great tour company! I would recommend this tour company to anyone looking for this type of tour. We had the best tour guide, he was knowledgeable of all the locations we visited and very entertaining between each of the locations.

Requires planning and flexibility as with any 3rd party vendor they have to check the time and date that an activity is available. Some activities were priced at a discount, while other’s were priced at retail. Overall, I had a pleasant experience dealing with TomBarefoot’s service and website. My family was happy with the activities I’ve booked. And a happy family makes for a happy vacation. If your goal is to save time and money, I would recommend using TomBarefoot.
